Be warned- this company does not answer its phone-or texts. Mailboxes are "full". We were advised that our lease would not be renewed and they have now demanded payment past the Lease End date. I am in the process of filing legal claims. I do not recommend this company at all. Any company that is a "Property Management" company, has to respond to phone calls. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. I am a licensed realtor in another state and have been a Landlord in both my personal life and business life.
