Worst customer service, lying about the price
Very disappointing experience! They charged me $45 to trim my daughter’s long hair straight across — just a simple trim, no layers, no styling, no washing, nothing else. They did not show me a price list or inform me of the price beforehand. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers deserve to know the price before the service, not after! I would never return and do NOT recommend this salon to anyone!
I started coming to this salon during Covic years when I couldn't afford to have a perm due to the price hikes. But came to this salon and was pleasantly surprised that the perm was half the price. But the best thing was that I ended up with a very kind, gentle and caring hairdresser Suzanne who has now been taking care of me. She is gentle compassionate and very considerate of my .mobility restrictions and she listens. Thank you Suzanne
Worst costumer service Rude employee ,employee doesn't want to identify herself and ruined my son hair ,she refused to tell her name , And had bad attitudes,..never ever go there ,
