Very upset!! Horrible!! She spilled bleach on my brand new sweater and it’s stained! My highlights were not done completely up to the root and underneath I have “stripes” where my root and the highlight don’t match. I was also given a “cold” hair wash and left sitting with cold wet hair while she worked on someone else. When I told another stylist that I was cold she told my stylist who then came over and said “you should have said something!”, although she was around the corner working on someone else. Good one on the Persian "lady". I'm looking for a new stylist. After reading several unfavorable reviews, I definitely won't use this salon. Management should at the very least respectfully respond whether comments are good or poor.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your salon during my recent visit . I was attended to by a Persian lady whose attitude and approach were shockingly unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, she was dismissive and unfriendly.
