I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your salon during my recent visit . I was attended to by a Persian lady whose attitude and approach were shockingly unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, she was dismissive and unfriendly. She barely greeted me, made no effort to communicate clearly, and seemed irritated when I asked simple questions about the service. Good salon I love the service for Man hair cut
One of the most horrible experience with eyebrow waxing. The experience was very painful and it was burning. She left wax in my whole eyebrows and parts of my hair. When asked for something for the burn she didn’t even use the lotion properly.
