RecommendedFrank took really good care of me for my trucks 60k maintenance and a broken back up camera (my fault). While my truck was there they also noticed a recall was outstanding and got that done within the same timeframe that my truck was initially scheduled for. This experience has been much better than previous at other ford dealerships (especially auto nation in Bellevue). They don’t try to up sell you and get you to pay for stuff your truck doesn’t actually need. Highly recommend this place and Frank.
Advertise a low price then add on hidden fees, when I asked for disclosure of the extra fees they refused...pretty shady business practice in my opinion. I would avoid this dealership.

It waited for over three hours in the showroom for my oil change. My appointment was at 1000 am and I was not informed that it was completed until I walked out of the showroom and saw my car sitting in the service completed area. Not even a call. I have previously been happy with the service, but I was very dissapointed this time. Same experience with my wife bringing my car in.
I made a service appointment with Epic..they were ready when I arrived....performed all the items i had listed...called me as soon as it was finished. Picked up my truck! Everything was perfect
Was able to get my car in right away, they were very courteous . They solved the problem I was having . If anyone asks me we’re to take their car I would say Epic Ford

I recently brought in my sons 2019 Ford Fusion for oil service. After making appointment and receiving confirmation for appointment we brought car in before scheduled time . At this time service rep informed us they did not have us on the confirmation, but then told us they would squeeze us in. After several hours we returned for car. At this time we were informed someone had mistakenly left with keys and service was not completed, and we could leave the car overnight and they would service first thing.
