Loving the Beginner's Program and all of the people I have met in class. I would recommend EPIC to anyone looking to work out & get fit - no matter what level of fitness you are in! Excellent instruction and modifications are made for all fitness levels or to accommodate any restrictions. You will always be pushed to reach your highest level each class. No judgement - a ton of support by your instructors & classmates!!! I can say that I really enjoy working out at EPIC and would recommend to anyone!
This is a great place to be-very inspiring! The beginners class has been awesome, even for this senior citizen.

Never a dull moment. The best helpful and patient people you could ask for. You never feel like you don't belong, and even the best of the best treat you with understanding.
