I decided to do the winter beginners program and am truly glad I have. I know I have a long way to go in my fitness journey but I know that as long as I stick with it everyone at epic will help me reach my goals. I already feel so much stronger and better about myself in the short time I've gone. Everyone is so supportive (staff and fellow gym goers) that I never feel like I don't fit in. Wow, what a great group of motivators at Epic! I enjoy every class and continue to surprise myself on this MY journey.
I have a love/hate relationship when it comes to exercise/fitness. I would rather be decorating, cleaning or helping others. However, I have realized I need to take the time to help me physically. Epic is the place that I have found fun, new friends of all ages, and challenging workouts! I have seen results in muscle tone, core strength and stamina. I would love to be thin again but my main goal is to be healthy! Try it... And You'll soon be part of the EPIC family!!!
