EPIC Fitness is the best place to go in the area if you are looking for instructors that care, that will push you to be better every time you step into the class, a place where you are family and not just a monthly payment. Buffy and her team are truly inspiring, they bring the absolute best out in everyone and you feel amazing when you leave. I'd recommend EPIC with five stars, hands down, anytime. I love it there.

What a wonderful atmosphere! I was in the Online Metabolic Effect class and I can't say enough good things! Everybody is so supportive!!!
Love it!. Everyone is so encouraging, and you don't need to worry about finding someone to "workout" with, everyone there helps everyone! It's not easy, but you feel like a badass when you finish each session!
