About 2 weeks ago I made a reservation for my wife and I to go out and enjoy a nice dinner which we haven’t done in some time because of our medically complex children. I made reservations online and got a mobile confirmation. Well 6 pm rolls around, the time of our reservation and we get to epic and to our surprise they were closed. Business response:
Riley, earlier in the afternoon a tractor trailer hit a power pole down the street. Power was initially supposed to be out for two hours but ended up being out until 9:00. Your reservation was held electronically and without power we were unable to reach out to you. I assure you my staff of 30 employees and I were just as disappointed as you were and would have loved to be open. But unfortunately it was totally out of our hands
Live in California but always go to Epic when I visit my daughter in Mooresville ! �
Had a nice dinner last weekend and our waitress Taylor was fabulous.
It was an upscale atmosphere service was great , food superb a wonderful place for a special occasion. I will Go back

I'm from the Dallas Tx area and we have some top line steak houses so I judged you to those standards. This was my second time to eat at Epic Chophouse. Service and Atmosphere was great, my steal this time was average. For a top line Steakhouse you can do better.
