Walter Vivancos is a disgusting, little broker. Stay far away from this bad mouth, horrible business person. Seriously, he will represent your property with the worst attitude towards interested investors. Taking my cash offer elsewhere, and never dealing with anybody in his brokerage.
For the last 8 months Walter went from just a realtor to a friend. Every single time I asked to see a house he was there for us, always happy to show us as many houses as we wanted to see. Today we closed on our house and and even though his commission was guaranteed he called me many times to make sure everything was okay. This is not the first house I buy but definitely the best realtor I have done business with. Thank you so much!!!!���
