they are going to make sure you get a nice vehicle. I bought a /2010 f250 at the end of July. the catalytic converters went out. I made an appointment and brought it in today. they are having new ones installed free of charge due to timeline. in my experience, unheard-of for a used car lot. I give them 10 out of 10.
