Always research the company's you deal with. Had to purchase a new battery the one on the car was 3 years older than the car only had car 8 days stopped working in a drive thru ��.Epic was not concerned�

Ernesto was so cool at first as long as my bank was giving him a check...made all these promises to fix whatever was wrong with my car once I got back to Beaumont..when I told him the right side head light wasn't coming on He and Jessica the service manager promised to fix it once I came back out there(2 hour drive) and went 3 times,gave me the run around and than told me I would have to pay out my pocket(800 dollars) when I just spent 50 on windshield wipers,100 for light bulb and 150 for tire sensor and just purchased car.... read more
