Customer service was great, beyond reasonable expectation. They included a free lid for a bucket after I forgot to add it to my order, saving me a second shipping charge.

My pails from ePackageSupply are perfect! Well constructed and matches seamlessly with G2 Gamma Seal lids of at least the five colors I have. But the best part is their customer service. Even though I sheepishly ordered a large set of food grade 3.5 and 5 Gallon pails a year ago, when I started finally food prepping, I found I was missing something.
