I did a video for the owner/operator, Erica Pennington. In collecting different video footage, it hits me... If you go through the full workout she provides, you will get the workout of your life. My wife did a morning session with her over the past summer, and she still talks about it today. I'm still working up my courage to take her on.
She is amazing Knowledgeable trainer. That really digs deep to help you to reach your Health/Fitness goals... From one trainer to another I totally recommend...
