I went to EP Lotus fitness thinking, these women can't push me too hard, it'll be a breeze. I left there humbled and still sweating 15-20 minutes after the workout. Ladies and gentlemen, you will NOT be disappointed. You will be motivated and encouraged in a positive warming environment. ����
EP Lotus is more than just a fitness center, it's a fitness family. Erica's commitment to ensuring you reach your goals in a fun, and encouraging atmosphere sets EP ahead of others. Although I give her a hard time(often), I couldn't see myself anywhere else.
I've been working out at Ep Lotus for a little over a year. I love that the excercises are targeted to work on every part of the body. I've lost 30lbs since starting with dedication and meal planning. Your weight loss journey is what you make it!!!!!! The center also offes kick boxing come in and check it out!!!!! #TeamLotus
The people there are very friendly!!!! I felt welcome my first day...so I signed up for 10 classes!!! The Zumba class is awesome. I would definitely recommend others!!!!
