I started seeing Samantha in December 2025 while struggling with postpartum depression, as well as some of the normal hiccups that come with marriage, communication, and learning how to better understand both myself and my husband. I was looking for postpartum support and am so happy I came across EOS Health Center services. Not only did I receive talk therapy that was validating and encouraging, but I was also introduced to and educated on the use of LENS. After just a few sessions of the LENS in conjunction with the talk therapy, I felt like my old self again, and maybe even better. I believe the use of the LENS helped to accelerate my healing and reach my personal therapy goals! I would recommend that if you’re able to, give it a try.
I have been in therapy for over 10 years for severe OCD. I've done all different and they all help in the short term but nothing has helped/ calmed my mind like LENS. It's so easy you just sit there as Sam places wires on your head and chat for 20-30 minutes. It has really changed my life! I highly recommend LENS and recommend Sam as your therapist!
I was having wild dreams from a treatment of trazodone. The lens treatment has completely taken those dreams away and given me a measure of peace in my thoughts! Highly recommend!
After just 3-4 Lens treatments, I can’t believe how much better I sleep. I would always wake up 2-3 times per night, but now I sleep from 9:30ish to 6:30am every night. That makes the days much easier to deal with. Thanks you Samantha for your help. I will be back.
