Room, location and breakfast all amazing. What is not amazing is the $200 hold put on your debit card that still hasn’t been cleared 2 weeks later- despite payment on arrival and multiple calls to hotel and bank to clear this up. Certainly don’t mind paying for quality rooms but not everyone can afford to have $200 held for no good reason. Most hotels hold $2 or so. Disappointing to say the least.
A beautiful building with fantastic function rooms. The catering was wonderful. A perfect location with direct access to the train station.
Staff were amazing, such good service top to tail. In room dining was lovely, the Carpaccio mmmm so yum which came from itl? restaurant Even walked out even from the casino. The itl ? lgf restaurant served us a delicious Bennie with generous sides.
