We went for our anniversary last night and all I can say is wow! The food was amazing!! I had the prime rib 2 ways and my husband got the surf and turf. Both meals were perfectly cooked and tender. Hands down, this was the absolute best meal we've had in Durango. Our waiter was kind, informative, and gave us the best service I've ever had at a restaurant. I should mention our waiter had 6 tables he was attending to when we sat down. The rooftop patio was fun and we fully enjoyed ourselves! We will definitely be back again.
Went there 2 days ago and me and my gf both received a steak dinner. The steak was at best ok, very tough and dry for the price, the mashed potatoes were also very dry and lumpy. This restaurant was recommended by a local as a newer, great place to eat, not the case. Maybe the entire staff had a bad day that day?
Excellent food and excellent service! They’re wonderful with dietary restrictions.

I get to Eolus about once a year so it's fun to have the annual snapshot review. I am pleased to report that our dinner at Eolus last night was our best Eolus dining experience to date. We (3) enjoyed fresh Wahoo, outstanding duck and the very best pork Ossobuco we'd every had. Our Waiter Josh did an excellent job and the preparation involved updated and interesting new flavor combinations that were outstanding! Wow ... all I can say. We went for dinner Friday night. My husband and I both ordered the steak special. The meat was so tough and chewy that I couldn't eat it. Our server asked it everything was ok and we told her the meat was not good. She talked to the chef and came back to tell us it was our fault for ordering the grass fed beef rare. This would have been good info to have sooner. She asked if I would like something else and I asked for more mashed potatoes.
