They got me in on the same day. Since I was a new customer I received 20% off of products. Kari was an excellent stylist who really knew what she was doing.

It was only 1 visit so far. So I can't say 10. However, my appointment didn't get put in the books, but what makes me want to recommend the salon is the fact that the staff still made room for me and made it work. That's great customer service!
Diane saved me from weeks of embarrassment. I got the worst cut of my life somewhere else that was nothing like I asked for. I called Enzo Salon in a panic. By a miracle, Diane had a no show and was able to get me in immediately after my horrible experience. She was sweet, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She managed to turn my tragic “undercut” that mistakingly became half my head into a beautiful short bob. Diane, I cannot thank you enough! I love you for turning my frown upside down! I will be a forever client now!
