Drove an hour to Enzed in Bayswater wanting a fitting for my pressure washer gun..Spoke to a guy there and first thing he said is it for Chinese shit.. Anyway I just want a fitting.. Being as calm as I could I spoke with someone else.. they had to make it with two fittings.. they screwed them together loosely.. when I got home I tighted them and attached them to the gun.. Went to Pirtek bayswater first where I was treated like an inconvenience. Went to ended bayswater and the opposite experience. Even though it was a small item I was treated with cheerful respect and problem solved.
