Horrible customer service. Called ahead to see about getting a pedicure, was told I could come anytime. I said I would head there soon. Walked in and was asked if I made an appt, to which I replied, "just called ahead". The man working said they prefer appointments and wouldn't be able to accommodate us. I was so taken aback since I had literally come within 20 mins of calling. We were never offered an option and instead humiliated in front of all the other customers. Walked out and went elsewhere. ☆ they are disrespectful to their clients by continuously talking to each other in their language , a little here and there would be ok but almost the whole time is rude. I was their the other day only because my client doesn't know where else to go and one of the techs had a down syndrome client and thought it was ok to talk on the phone for 5 mins then to her co-workers for another 5 never speaking to him...Not Ok! I am going to be finding another place to take my client that is more correct... :(

Julie was amazing and so sweet, and made my nails beautiful again after a few months of them being in need of some TLC and another super sweet gal gave me a beautiful pedicure! Today was my first time going to Envy and I'll go here from now on!

Had a pedicure with my girlfriend the other night. We really enjoyed the sugar scrub and cooling mask! I absolutely love the way my toes look all dressed up for the holidays! The only complaint I have is that I didn't get any lotion rubbed on my feet/calves at the end of the pedi...is that common with the cooling mask? (My first time having a cooling mask which BTW I would totally recommend over the hot paraffin wax) ��
We always have a fun " Girls day out " getting out toes & nails done.
I love going with my two girls and having our nails and toes done. They are all so awesome there.
