HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My gift card # (purchased in Ohio) was fraudulently used at this location and the management/owner will not respond or reimburse me. This has happened multiple times at this location to other clients and they obviously aren't taking any action. Apparently they think if they ignore the situation, it will go away.
DO NOT RECOMMEND getting the membership at all. Even though massages are great, the customer service is terrible. After a bad experience I had, I have been trying to contact anyone for several weeks to end my membership and still haven't been able to do so. I have called and sent multiple emails but they always say I need to speak to the manager (who is never there, apparently). RecommendedThe people in it!They have the best staff! Helpful, accommodating and friendly. The place is clean and safe. Lots of parking and well lit.I loooovvvee my masseuse! She is the best, she knows my pains and discomforts. She gives me relieves, release all my pains. Easy parking. Beautiful well kept facilities. Full body sports massage sometimes painful, but always well worth it to keep your body aligned and muscles stretched out
