Great management and beautiful recent renovation !!!
They have done a lot to update/upgrade lately. Floorplans are really nice. It's in a great location. Management is good.
All of the improvements to the exterior of the buildings, and to the interiors.

HORRIBLE!!!The new owners haven’t had maintenance fix anything that I’ve asked but yet they get my rent on time every month. Yeah they’re putting money into the apartments but what about fixing the big hole in middle of the parking lot. They’re doing renovations but not getting rid of all the old stuff. I moved in this apartment 2 months ago and there are rats. It’s sad that I’m up at 5:45am, afraid to go to sleep because I just heard and saw mice in my pantry and going under the dishwasher.
