I’ve been seeing my therapist for over a year, and the growth I’ve experienced through DBT therapy has been life-changing. She has helped me become the best version of myself while providing unwavering support, guidance, and encouragement. It’s such a comfort knowing she’s always in my corner, cheering me on every step of the way. Envision is such a comforting place. Its a safe space free of any judgements. She gives you all the tools needed to navigate your life. It has made me aware of how much potential I have. Also how to meet that potential. I have become the best version of myself. Im truly so thankful of such a kind empathetic soul. She is a great guide and mentor.
