My hoa uses this company for “snow removal” idk what snow removal is when you do a straight push and block every single car in. Doesn’t even clear infront of peoples garages. After going out 5 times to clear area yesterday they came and blocked every resident in. Called to speak to a supervisor working and the man that answered was very rude and hung up when I asked if they could come back. So who my next question is. When somone falls who do we go after. Hoa/ you or both for neglect
They do the apts where I live horribly!! From the mowing and trimming to now the snow removal in parking lots and sidewalks! They are always in a hurry and do a crappy job on everything!! Not wonder your reviews are bad. A child could trim better and they blow off the sidewalk in front of the doors so sloppy. Adding they come at 1 or 2 am with a loud blower and blow the sidewalk so sloppy and the parking lot is over a foot deep! No walkways to garages! Worst company in the world!!!
Came out and looked at what I wanted to have done. Never heard from them again. Never submitted a quote or contacted me again. I came home from work early to see him. Thanks for wasting my time and costing me money.
I called this company 3 times to get quote on Mulch! each time they promised someone would reach out! Never happened!! I seen the trucks doing Aldi’s up the street in Poland. I have at least 10 times more mulch than that store. You would think they would’ve called!
