After talking to a cleaner and inquired about a few things... I've come to realize that this company doesn't do background checks. This made me very concerned about who I've let into my home. Every week is a new face, so that doesn't help settle the uncomfortable feeling when you don't do background checks and the ladies I use to have never rotate back around. I'll be taking my business else where.

We most certainly conduct background checks on all of our staff and are very cautious about who is in our clients homes. Terrible experience!! Asked for a deep clean was sent out a list of areas that will be cleaned. However, a lot of it was skipped or missed, we had to contact them again to bring them back and redo. Even that was not professional. Terrible quality, super expensive for no good reason. I we do a better job at cleaning, hoped we would have professional quality but sad the experience was horrible to say the least

I looked for a service to clean my home and liked the reviews 0n ENVIROPURE. I was impressed with the products they used as well. We arranged for a 2 hour time space. Four women arrived promptly at the arranged time. They wore masks and gloves as requested as Covid 19 was and still is ongoing. They were polite, respectful, very careful not to break anything and nothing was left untouched. They've been here every week since for an hour and 15 minutes. They are so thorough and spotless. We first knew of Enviropure when we hired them in 2018 for a deep cleaning project and they did excellent work. Enviropure is a high quality and reliable company with quick response times at affordable prices staffed with professional, highly skilled and courteous employees. The Enviropure team did a fabulous job of cleaning our condo. The hard to reach corners, from the ceiling fans to the back of the toilets were left spotless. The kitchen cupboards, stovetop, counters and sink were gleaming. The workers were pleasant, efficient and took pride in their work. We are now scheduled for regular cleanings and highly recommend them.
