Very poor job, large dust bunnies and hair balls left behind. When I called to complain the company did not return my call. When I called again, the customer service rep was very rude and insisted if I wanted anything done I should have contacted them early. She didn't explain why she never returned my call in the first place. She offered no solutions or compromises on how to rectify the situation. No professionalism, eventually hung up on me. Servie attitude was ok, and the cleaning started well but they were very quick to end the job without cleaning our stairs and main hallway, the dirtiest and most visible part of our house. I would recommend that customers watch the work being done to ensure they clean all of the areas which have been paid for.
