The ERI crew, JJ, David and Roberto were excellent. They were polite, professional, knowledgeable, etc. They were obviously trained to perform work to meet or exceed industry standards. They were on site because another contractor had contaminated the structure. The difference between ERI and the previous licensed contractor were night and day. Oscar and the ERI team did an exceptional job with abatement at our house. They were extremely professional, respectful, and clean in the way they approached the abatement and were very accommodating of certain request we had which added to the complexity of the project. A big shout-out to Armando as well for the work he put in during the abatement process as he and his colleagues worked hard for a week making sure the project was finished on time and neatly. I would highly recommend their services.

Eddie’s Team at ERI have been great to work with. They have been very communicative, responsive, and professional. As a property manager, coordinating vendors can be challenging. However, Eddie made it simple and worked quickly, while helping make our resident feel safe with the abatement work. Highly recommended!
