Poor Customer Service Thus Far – I called this company over a week ago for what is suspected to be a mouse problem under my house in my flooring, no mice presence in the house itself. The noises at night are driving me crazy and they came out and placed poison bait in several locations saying that after 14 days they will remove the bait boxes and the dead mice. Did Not Get Rid of Roaches--Very Poor Customer Relationship – My experience with Steve at Environmental Pest Control was negative.
