To good to be true, and it was. We were quoted a decent price for two patches of sod total area less than 1000 square feet with under the grass drip lines. work was done by Renee alone and he seemed to be annoyed after we asked a copy of the drivers license since we prepaid a large sum. Immediately afterward the grass, just new, looked great even though my wife noticed that for a part he used very small (left-over) patches of grass, probably so he could use the bigger pieces somewhere else even though we paid for them.
