Ed has taken care of us for many years. Today, he hooked us up with 2 new AC units for our home. These brand new units are cooling awesomely. Thanks for taking care of our busted old units for so long, giving use more time before we had to pull the trigger on new ones. If Ed is not your AC guy, you can’t do better than Ed !! Thanks Environmental Air !!! The Barksdale’s are way cooler now :)

Unfortunately we can no longer recommend this company. We previously had a good working relationship with the company/Ed Black, but they have been unwilling to work toward remedying the issue we hired them for. In January of 2023 we preemptively replaced our AC. We communicated that our biggest concern was the air flow to 2 bedrooms. We were assured that swapping out the unit and adding an additional return on the other side of the house would correct the problem. It hasn’t. We called Ed because of a reference from a friend. How glad we are to have made that call!! Every time, he responded very quickly to air conditioning or heating problems, fixed it promptly; and gave us a reasonable price. We live in South Tempe... so they work valley wide. Call Ed. You’ll be pleased.
