WAS a long time customer of Enviro Trends. Booked a hair cut appointment online for 11:15. Received a confirmation email. Received a text 2 days before my appointment, asking me to confirm my 11:15 appointment which I did. Arrived a few minutes before my appointment and was told the stylist was still with someone and it would be a 10 minute wait. I went for a walk and came back in 10 minutes. They charge up the butt for thick long hair, my friend had to pay 500$ just to die and cutt. She asked for her hair to be thinned out and they didn’t even do it properly. They honestly don’t even know what to do with thick long hair…, for me to get my hair thinned out and cut, was 97 when I got mine done I went to Raven flare for 63$ I understand with products but that’s just taking advantage of people with thick hair. I walked in to Chatters hair salon to look at the hair products and was asked if I had any questions. Naomi was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Then she applied one of the products to my hair to show me what it does and see if I would like it, which I did. She really knows her stuff! I showed her pictures of different hairstyles I was thinking of trying and she gave me her honest opinion which I really appreciated.
