I was in initially impressed and pleased with the work performed by this company. However, 1 1/2 years after having my crawl space insulated, the plastic is no longer sealing the ground. Consequently, the work that was done is no longer serving the purpose intended. I called the company on several occasions and spoke to someone at the office. However, Zach has not returned my calls and there has been no measure to address this situation. I am frustrated and disappointed.
