Believe me when I tell you I am being very generous with one star. The place is filthy and the owners are so incredibly rude. I went in today to get a gel fill. I am a nurse and unfortunately wash my hands so many times a day it’s to crazy to count.. I had three broken off, all of a sudden I look down and she thinks she is just gonna start popping nails off that are perfectly fine without even asking me. I came here to try some other place to get my pedicure! It was terrible! First, they asked me if I would like to pay $23 or $30. I said well what is the difference? They said one does something different I wasn't sure. I went with the $23. He (whoever it was working Sunday at 1pm, started the water, I soaked, he pushed back my cuticles, scrub my feet for maybe 10 seconds, dried them, put lotion in my legs and rubbed the same spot for 1 to 2 minutes to the point it felt burnt from his gloves. So I use to come to this place all the time because Jason and Helen did an awesome job and were really nice! I went to their other nail tech Lee and he usually does really good so I would ask for him! Well the last two times I have been he was extremely rude because he was in a rush because it was close to closing time! So this time I went in today an hour before closing time, just to get a polish change and mind you I had gel polish so you have to drill it off!
