Positive experience. We bought solar with envir a year after the first contact. Timing was bad before and they remained patient and never pushy. When I booked the appointment with Karen, I didn't have the necessary documentation that they requested me to have but she was again patient and knowledgeable to get everything worked out. Enver Solar has been a very good company for our Solar purchase. Any questions they are very quick to respond and any issues they promptly addressed and fixed. Would recommend them.
Enver was great to work with while looking at new windows for out home. Every person we have been on contact with has been professorial and kind. The install team left our home clean and tidy, like they hadn't even been there. The windows they sell are amazing and locally produced in Central CA! We have saved a ton of money on our heating and cooling bills too!
We have had our solar panels, which we bought (not leased), for a year and a half now, and have been very pleased with our energy savings. Enver was excellent from start to finish, from the quote and advice, through installation. Fantastic staff. Pays attention to detail and very clean. My home now looks new as if the build was just completed. The true test will happen during the Inland Empire summer months. I have recommend this company to one of my co-workers.
The decision to go solar was very easy after our salesman Dave B explained everything. The administrator Stephanie did a great job with our paperwork. Toliy was very helpful with the design explanation, as I am a registered electrical engineer and familiar with PV. Our installation crew led by Oscar finished in one day and answered all my questions. We are adding a whole house fan included in the project. We are pleased we chose Enver for our PV installation.
Everyone was very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with.
