Enver won't return phone calls now that they have their check for installation.

We have a panel that is not functioning and I am unable to get Enver to return ANY of my calls, no matter which extension I leave a message. I have NEVER spoken to a human being. I have left messages with the corporate office, to no avail. I have tried to call the local office and all I receive is a busy signal. I have emailed, I have filled out their contact us form, I have even said I wanted a quote on a system. I have NOT received a response to ANYTHING. This is certainly no way to run a business.

EnverSolar installed a great Solar system on our roof ! After being turned down by 5 companies , because our roofs are too steep , Enver stepped in and delivered! Their workers are polite and professional, spotless clean up and reasonably priced ! Should we move to another home , I would use them again in a heartbeat ! *********

After 12 months we received our true up bill and it was spot on! The staff was excellent and the system operates very well. I would recommend to all the neighbors because everyone has a huge electric bill in my street. Keep up the good work!

I am proud to have Enver Solar do my solar. I was very pleased with all phases of the process. The sales representative, the foreman and the customer service is great. I have not had any issues, but I have had them call to make sure that everything was done satisfactorily. They are not the type of company that installs and runs. They check in to make sure more than once.

Enver was very easy to work with from start to end. They helped get my HOA approval, worked with the city for the permits, then they set up and installed my solar panels, and got SDG&E out very quickly to inspect so I could start generating my own electricity quickly. Enver made the entire process very smooth and painless.

I was first reluctant to choose a solar company. I have been paying $500-$700/monthly on my electric bill. And from time to time, I would always get unsolicited phone calls saying that there is a special program to reduce my bill. One day, I decided to make an appointment and it was Enver. So far my experience with Enver Solar has been great. The staff has been helpful and always kept me up to date on the progress of the installation, even when I was out of town. The actual installation only took one day, and the installer even went to Home Depot to paint match the house to paint the conduit... very impressed with that. Would highly recommend!

I have had an overall positive experience with Enver Solar. I was kept informed of the progress of my solar installation from the very beginning when the company submitted the plans and the permit to the city up until the day of installation. The installation crew was very professional in their work, and I believe they did an excellent job installing the panels. I want to especially commend the electrician for the obstacles, in particular the vinyl siding, he had to overcome to wire everything together to the electrical pane... read more
