My dad is another casuality of this scam. He is 84 yrs old, tough as nails and he still got caught up in this mess. No credits, nothing. this is a complaint so no stars......none

I don't even want to give a one star rating. Do not use this company. Expensive, poorly operational system delivered with no follow up by company. The only available phone was an employee's personal cell and she did not work them any more. At last day of install, employee too sick to talk to me about service. Never able to speak to anyone at Enver and so I am not getting advantage of system for another 5 years until the loan is paid off. Do not use this company!

I wish I had never dealt with this company. They installed expensive system and "closed down". On date of final visit, employee stated he was too sick to explain system to me. No contact from company after that. I don't think the system was working and had second system installed at which time the second company noticed system not working. No available contact phone number provided by Enver. Number given was employee personal cell phone. She was no longer with Enver and could not provide additional information. Enver is apparently out of business and there is no way to contact anyone. Was waiting for form 5695 to support my tax credit. Representations that Enver people made about the credit were false and it appears the work they did will not fully support the credit promised. I don't have to tell you to stay away from this company, they are in hiding and not responding to any inquiries for warranty work or anything, for that matter.

They will not return my phone calls! I have purchased solar from them two separate times to produce enough power for my house. The panels do not work, they do not produce what they should. I have contacted the company numerous times they don’t answer calls or return emails. I have even attempted to contact them thru Facebook nothing has worked. Seriously contemplating taking legal action!

This is most frustrating as I too can not find Enver Solar any more. I call and the number goes into a mail box that is full. I went to the Tustin address and they are no longer there. I called the other two locations and the number does not work. IF YOU ARE IN PROCESS OF DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM, STOP.

They seem to have gone out of business which is why I looked here. I agree with the most recent reviews - can't reach anyone, all mailboxes are full. We have a Enver system on our house that is less than 5 years old and I have some questions and I can't get through to anyone. If they did go out of business they didn't bother emailing or contacting their existing customer base. Terrible.

They did the job and disapeared. They talked me into trying to get referrals for them stating if we did we would get a $1,000.00. Rebate from them. Well, 9 months later, dozens of emails, dozens of phone calls (from different phones), and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they still won’t respond to me. My sibling (the referral) needed maintenance done on his Solar after they installed it and they ghosted him to. Do not use this company.

they must be out of business as they don't answer the phone, you can't leave a voice mail and their web page doesn't exist anymore
