Multiple issues with Tech AKA PCAs. return phone calls not being received and techs giving ridiculous excuses for not showing up. Finally. out of frustration I went to a different service. My mother who is on oxygen 24/7 and we have been waiting on her wheelchair for months. The communication has been horrible. The first time they called when they were 10 minutes away to deliver. She had a meeting with an attorney that day. Never heard from anyone. Called back scheduled another delivery day, no show. Spoke to someone Sunday 10/13/24, stated they would deliver today. Called this morning to verify and was told it would be delivered. She waited, so I called back to make sure and of course it had been rescheduled.... read more
Just wanted to make a comment stating the female with bangs driving around in a van from Claremore to Owasso (a rolling advertisement for Entrusted Hearts by Baptist Village, if you will) does not use her turn signal at all. Right on red, left at a stoplight, etc., not a single time. I was behind her for miles.
It's a nice retirement community but does need remodeling, however it is also reflected in price. The staff are nice and helpful to my family member who resides here.
