After the sale, the owner of the company was supposed to come by to verify what needed to be done, however he never showed. The installers did not measure the openings correctly so that when installed there were large gaps on the top of the windows inside the house and the wrong windows were ordered. The owner had to reorder the windows. With two windows the balancers were not installed. Owner never returned our calls to repair. Owner also promised to have the windows cleaned after installation, but never did it. Very unhapp... read more
