Their property NORTHGATE APARTMENTS at 1435 W Talmage Street, Springfield, MO 65803 are scamming and keeping money of their tenants that move out! I was there two years and kept my apartment spotless (No kids, no pets, no visitors) and I got charged the FULL AMOUNT of $400.00 which is how much their move-in deposit was. Impossible to reach real people. Once finally past the AI assistant you reach people devoid of any sense of urgency and humanity. Ask for fees in advance to reserve units then lease them to other people. Good luck getting those reservation fees back too, because they will place blame on everyone but themselves for a problem that is solely their fault. Tons of ridiculous fees. I do not recommend this company. Worst move out experience I ever had as a renter.
