Seems all they care about is putting people through the eviction process and not really caring or workin with tenants to resolve issues I can't wait to finally move out of this crappy management ran company A 1 store is to many for this management company
They are the worst company ever. They try to wrongfully evicted there tenants all the time. Do not rent from them.
Absolutely do not move into Town and Campus or any Entrust Property Solutions managed properties. The rent is affordable and it’s no question they prey on college students, who don’t have much experience living alone. They will walk all over you. I lived in Town and Campus from August 2024. In 2025, Entrust took over management for the property and it has obviously gone downhill fast. I have experience with this company through the Vibe Crossing. Absolutely the worst place I have ever rented through, and I've been renting for about a decade now at various properties. C Arch Bay is the best, but even TLC or Wooten is better than this awful experience. The main reason why is they often fail to communicate except to fine you or issue you with violations.
