Impossible to reach real people. Once finally past the AI assistant you reach people devoid of any sense of urgency and humanity. Ask for fees in advance to reserve units then lease them to other people. Good luck getting those reservation fees back too, because they will place blame on everyone but themselves for a problem that is solely their fault. Tons of ridiculous fees. I do not recommend this company. Worst move out experience I ever had as a renter.
The building we lived in itself has a ton more problems than what I’m about to touch on, but those are for the building’s reviews! THIN walls, faulty fire alarms, ancient toilets. Counters in bathroom are “updated” but the fake wood paneling is peeling so bad. WiFi provider they pay for is awful, but I’m getting away from myself This review is about the management company!
