I have experience with this company through the Vibe Crossing. Absolutely the worst place I have ever rented through, and I've been renting for about a decade now at various properties. C Arch Bay is the best, but even TLC or Wooten is better than this awful experience. The main reason why is they often fail to communicate except to fine you or issue you with violations. I was a Tenant with them and decided to move after getting married. They pressured me to sign a new lease in January that would start in July I didn’t want to sign but they threatened price increases. I notified them of my husband’s upcoming deployment and that I would be moving and they refused to work with me on adding him to the lease or canceling so that I could move with him. The app Entrust uses for rent payments and maintenance requests was very accessible and easy to use, which I really appreciated. As for the rest of my experience with them, I unfortunately do not have many positive things to say. We began the paperwork and deposit process for an unfurnished unit before move-in, only to be told it had been given to someone else. Lowest of the low. Avoid at any and all costs. It’s amazing they’re still in business.
My experience with Entrust Properties was extremely disappointing and, at times, deeply upsetting. The biggest issue was the complete lack of customer service and professionalism once I became a tenant. Before signing a lease and paying deposits, everyone was friendly, responsive, and eager to help. Once I became a tenant, that level of service disappeared.
