Tons of ridiculous fees. I do not recommend this company. Worst move out experience I ever had as a renter.
The building we lived in itself has a ton more problems than what I’m about to touch on, but those are for the building’s reviews! THIN walls, faulty fire alarms, ancient toilets. Complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Entrust Solutions, you seriously need to reevaluate how you’re running Northgate. I lived there long enough to watch the entire place fall apart. The front security gate was broken and wide open for over two months, and the building entry gates were constantly left open or broken. So much for “secure living.” The cherry on top?
