We received a document from Entrust attempting to lure us into refinancing with them. Since it is a 4 year ols company, I have never heard of them. They must find their cold leads online for people (senior citizens on particular) seeking information in this regard. At first glance, the document appears to be from the government to engage trust from a potential client that may very well end up being a victim of company maintaining the law just enough to not be liable while practicing nad business ethics for financial gain. I am glad we checked for the reviews on this company. It confirmed our first impression from the mailed solicitation.

very bad experience in attempting to refinance offered 2.75% 30 year rate and 2-3% closing costs. as discussion continued, closing costs raised to 4% when I asked how closing costs are calculated. Agent rudely accused me of being rude(asking too many questions?) and hung up.

I have been in the process of refinancing with Entrust since June. I had originally started the process working with Nicola W***, and although the process has been painful from the beginning with the lack of communication, I started off patient as I knew I would not be the easiest customer. I was trying to refinance 3 homes. 10 weeks into the process and 2 appraisals later I had yet to received a closing date. I continued to get told "by the end of next week". I had Nicola get me in touch with her boss Jeff S***** that stated, as shown below that he would refund my deposits: ----------- Jeff S****** Wed, Aug 26, 4:06 PM to me Again, I am really sorry Patricia. I will have your deposits refunded to you. Am I also to withdraw your applications? Respectfully, EnTrustFundingLogo1000x335 Jeff S****** Director of Sales Entrust Funding Powered by Titan Mutual Lending 8155 E Indian Bend Rd Suite 109, Scottsdale, AZ 85250 NMLS #450680 ---------- I later spoke with John P*****, the conversation started with him apologizing about the hold up. The conversation ended with him raising his voice, telling me I would not be refunded for my appraisals which then ended with him hanging up one me. I have sent numerous emails since that phone call with no response and would love for anyone at that company to pull those phone recordings. The company is garbage, they lie and they steal. I am still waiting for a response via email/phone call regarding my refinance, appraisals, etc. I want zero business to be done with them I am just trying to get my money back from the appraisals for an application they lacked to complete. Do not do Business with EnTrust!

Truly a waste of a month of time. Representative Christian lied the whole time, did not return phone calls, sent a bogus tracking number and never said I didn't qualify even after stating it was going to underwriting. I had to call and speak with a different rep who notified me that Christian does not know what he is doing. Even after sending a bogus tracking number , he has not called to apologize and wasting my time. Buyer beware
