I told this guy that I was gonna compare my rates and he told me that I'm gonna waste everybody's time. Horrible customer service

Horrible experience, every day an excuse for another fee. I financed a couple of flips with them they added extra money when I paid off the first one and they did the same for the second one. They told me it was all in my contract they don't give you a contract up front and they tell you to disregard half of the stuff in your closing paperwork I would do my research I would not use these people desperation calls for desperate measures please don't be desperate enough to use this company there are other companies out there. They Dodge phone calls they Dodge emails *************** an attorney about some other issues I had with them.

Please do your research when dealing with Entrust. Not only was I told my refi was denied, the reason they gave was not valid as I was outside of the seasoning period.Once I told them I wanted to use my own attorney for closing I started getting a different treatment. I was trying to save money and have some independent oversight from my own attorneys.Not only did I have to keep emailing after about a month and a half, I ended up being late with a mortgage payment as I was told not to pay it yet. Luckily I called in time and a different person told me to go ahead and make the pay since they were going to send it to collections!In addition, I was informed of the denial after it was to late for me to try and go anywhere else and after the interest rate increases so it at this point it doesn't benefit me to go anywhere else.I was told to try again at the end of the year. Not only will I never deal with them again, I will warn all of my coworkers, colleagues, family and friends to stay away.I feel so *****as they have all of my personal information, mortgage information, and banking information.The one star is because I couldn't leave a zero stars.

We have received non-stop direct solicitations from this company. All attempts to be removed from their list or opt-out have been futile. We get solicitations multiple times a month, and we have never requested their services.

I received a brochure advertising ****% Rate. However, after talking to their representative we were then quoted 4 %. Do your homework, research customer reviews, and check your State's ********************** prior to talking to this company. I will not do business with this company.

Got brochure in the mail. Promoted 2.5 % rate. Called and they said they needed my DOB, SSN, etc. etc.. Then told me I could not come close to 2.5%. And basically said goodbye, cant help you !

I got a flyer from Entrust Funding about a great Refi rate. I called them, gave them the info they needed to get this going. The rate they come back with is nothing like what it said in the flyer. The flyer said I could get a rate of ****%. What they come back with is a 3.5 % rate, I have got a 3.5% rate now. I did not go through with the Refi. I was stupid to give them my SSN, I get an email from a credit reporting agency that now my SSN is on the DARK WEB. I have not given my SSN to any one in over 5 years. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH ENTRUST FUNDING OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.
