Its a Scam!!!!!! Please do not use them! They took my appraisal of 500.00 ran my credit, they told i was approved 5 times from 5 different scammers! they all told me all the Documents were ready to sign. Never heard from them, I call them can't get a hold of anyone!! Yes you all are a scam Tyler Povey you fake! Tyler Rivera Fake, Eric Fake! Pascal Volz no longer working with them, Dan Koch never heard from back from him. I give NO Stars SCAMMERS!!!!!!
This is in regards to our loan officer during our application period. Mr. Jason Monk was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire procedure. Be careful for the "teaser" rates the do by mass mailings with your current bank on the front of the mailer to make one think it is from the bank currently holding your mortgage. So, for example, in April of 2021 I received a "Last chance to Lock in a 30 year Fixed rate of 2.63% to refinance my current mortgage. That rate was dead on delivery. Rates change daily and doing this is more than unethical but borders on FRAUD. Also, beware of their fees !
I was not looking forward to the refinance process, and dabbled with a couple other companies for several months without much result. I decided to answer a mailer from EnTrust and a couple minutes into chatting with Dylan Coiro there, I felt at ease. He is a first rate professional in the industry with a real gift for working with your unique, individual financial situation. overall, a good experience. Staff (Jason Monk and Shannon Jones) were always responsive,. At times the process with the underwriter and final closing took longer than we felt reasonable.
Sheldon Potesak was awesome to work with. He was prompt and so efficient I would absolutely recommend EnTrust!!
Associate was condescending and demeaning, and hung up on me because I started asking some questions about various rates and refinance options they could offer. Won't waste much time writing in details but save yourself the trouble of calling these jokers.
