I was not looking forward to the refinance process, and dabbled with a couple other companies for several months without much result. I decided to answer a mailer from EnTrust and a couple minutes into chatting with Dylan Coiro there, I felt at ease. He is a first rate professional in the industry with a real gift for working with your unique, individual financial situation. Mine is complicated and he worked with enthusiasm and support from beginning to end. I just closed on my refi last week and feel so great about how we tailor-made it to my long term goals. True team work for results is such a wonderful experience.

It took over 3 months to complete the refinance process. Totally unacceptable. Communications were poor. The paying off of credit card accounts was quite a bit of extra work for me. Wish I had researched this company before I refinanced with them. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Choose another company.

We spent a lot of energy trying to refinance our home with various lenders. We plugged the numbers into a spreadsheet and, despite the low interest rates, the overall cost made the offers unattractive. We finally called Entrust Funding, where Sheldon Potesak quizzed us about our needs. He came up with a very creative refinancing solution that fit our situation perfectly. Sheldon quickly presented us with an attractive proposal, personally guided us through each step of the process and checked in often. We have refinanced a home before and we know it can be an arduous undertaking. In this case, our refinance was completed on time and actually cost less than the original estimate. We found Sheldon to be courteous, knowledgeable, competent and professional. Sheldon and his team at Entrust exceeded our expectations and we feel confident recommending them to others.

Sheldon Potesak took care of everything. The entire process was seamless, efficient and without any effort or concern on my part. Sheldon constantly kept me informed on the status of my refi and when things were expected to happen. He responded to every question I had, and even answered ones I hadn't asked yet. In-fact, while he got the rate promised, he managed to improve the term of the loan, saving me thousands!!!! If you looking to refi, I would highly recommend Sheldon!!!!

I have been strung along for 10 weeks to refinance 2 houses. My agent, Matthew Piazza did not return my calls or E-mails and told me he had everything I needed to refinance both houses. The last call I made and spoke to him was December 10, 2020. He informed that all of my paperwork had been submitted to the Underwriter and I would be receiving a call on Monday, December 14th informing me when the documents could be signed. I have called his office & e-mailed him several times, no answer. I called on January 14th, 2021 to see what the hold up was and he explained that he had e-mailed me (a LIE) to inform me that they were not refinancing my home. I check my e-mails 3 times per day & I have not heard from him. He had everything he needed to refinance. I will NEVER do business with him or Titan Mutual Lending ever again. I had a multi-millionaire friend e-mail me & was interested in refinancing some of her property. I refuse to recommend this broker! I told her what I've been through and she's taking her refinancing of 10 homes elsewhere.
