This is our second trip to Entrada. We had a bit of an issue getting checked in - the woman at the front desk was on what appeared to be a personal call while we patiently waited (about 15 minutes) and then after she hung up, started to check in others who had just walked in. We stayed in a casita -like last time which was nice - I had requested the same room as last time but they put us way on the end - it was still ok but we were disappointed we didn’t get the room we requested (1701 has a great Pond).
