Place is in need of upkeep. Private rooms are small and could almost pass as a homeless shelter with guys streched out sleeping in common areas (tv room, movie room, padded area by shower). Some rooms have broken hooks so you can't even hang up your clothes. Pool is hardly used because the water is not even close to warm.
