Home Rental Bobby was awesome! We only had a week to find a great rental that would allow two big dogs, was close to a train station, and was in an area with good public schools. Golf Retreat Dream Home This guy really is the bees knees! lol. Seriously, searched every golf course for 30 miles. Found me the perfect carriage home sitting on the third hole in the best of the best Downingtown Country Clubs. Got me below base new construction price with upgrades, and I have since had the home appraised for $60K more than 2 years back. He is smart, works hard and negotiates like a champ! Will use him again when I move into a single family with fiance! Will have him sell our current place as well.
