What a joy to work with. Vehicle was exactly what I requested. Had no problems with the vehicle while driving. Also, agents were very friendly. Only took 5 or less minutes to pick up the car and less than that to return. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use them again.

The rental of the car at Chattanooga airport and return went fine. Upon my credit card statement review I found they had charged me an additional $111.85 the day after the return. I called and inquired why, he states he thought it was a cleaning fee. I had previously told them I had a service animal and offered to provide documentation if they required. The rental car was very nice, and the young man behind the counter was very friendly. I wish there was someone to take me thru the cars system. New cars these days have a lot of bells and whistles and it can be very confusing. There needs to be MORE COUNTER HELP in the evening.

The SUV i rented was very nice! Clean, roomy and very comfortable. The customer service i received the day i picked up my rental was not great...Almost seemed like i was a bother to the employee.

Friendly staff and hassle free fast service! Clean new cars. Always a pleasure to rent my cars from Enterprise. They just need a few more cars for the economy section.
