Had a full size reserved and after explaining the special needs that I had the agent changed the car I had selected to something that fit my needs at no charge , this is why I always rent from here
Reserved our car rental on-line which gave me the exact price of what our car rental would be. When we arrived, the Manager (Lorrie) began her up sale routine resulting in our rental becoming DOUBLE the on-line rate. No matter what we told her we didn't want or need, the rate remained DOUBLE the online reservation rate. The car was dirty. Left over receipts and empty contact lens packets from the previous user. Customer service at pick up and drop off were less than stellar. He seemed preoccupied with other customers or other things happening. Never had a bad experience until this time. Car drove well though.
The car was so nice and clean! Staff was very helpful since this was my first time renting a car! Definitely will be renting from them again
