Jinead/Junade uncertain of the spelling was amazing. The encounter was not long and arduous, the devices in hand cause for ease and quick transaction with not alot if paperwork. I was able to be at the car and give my credit card info and invoice is received right away. The staff previously mentioned knows his job and is truly customer service driven, he remembered my name and approached the vehicle and asked how was my trip. It truly didn't feel like a transaction but truly service.

1 employee dealing with a bunch of people. He needed help. Overall good place. They upgraded our vehicle at no extra cost. Rented another vehicle July 7th 2025 through Ford dealership. They were quick & efficient. They returned the damage deposit when we returned the vehicle. Only charged for the days we drove. They did exactly what they said they would do. Overall good experience.
