"Enterprise is loaning out shiny lemons" This is been the worst experience I ever had with Enterprise. I've rented cars with them for many years. I had a 15 passenger van reserved for pickup on June 29th 2023. On June 27th 2023 I received a call from the manager at the ***** office in ********. Rented an economy size car in *******, ** and representative on the phone that was helping me with reservation assured me they will have that car for me. Came to the location and the tall black man at the desk (i did not see a name tag) told me he does not have economy size but he can rent me an SUV that will cost me 3 times as much as the car i reserved. Every time I walk into Enterprise in ********, ** I am always greeted with a smile . The manager and the employees are always nice and welcoming. I booked my rental online as I always do and I was curious as to how upgrades worked , so I asked . Never be to afraid to ask about an upgrade as the worst they can say is no . I got upgraded to a van and we absolutely loved it , so much that I rented the exact van for our family vacation next month . Thank you for always taking care of our family . I arrived at the ********************* rental car location at 10am I made a reservation for a car pick up at 12:30 pm. I received a call saying the car wouldnt be ready for pick up until 1:30. I arrived at 1:30. 1 person was in the lobby waiting to be serviced. I waited another 45mins in the lobby. 2 other customers walked in. The lady at the counter waited on the other customers before me even though I had stated that I was there before them I then waited another 40mins. 0 stars. *********** ** location. Returned car that we were forced to get after having our car struck while it was parked. Other drivers insurance company paid all costs other than the $100 deposit we were forced to make. When they finally decided to check the car in days after its return we were called and asked for an additional $100 because they found dog hair. Now the car rented to us has leather seats and we own no dogs and my wife cleaned it before return.. I have spoken with the branch manager and was called a liar ab... read more

Watch out for the toll Scam. They charged us for their driver going on the interstate. My wife returned the vehicle at 4:00pm but they marked it down as 5:00pm and are charging ** for the toll and fees. The driver went a route that was 2 miles longer to go the interstate. Also one of the drivers that picked her up was going well over the speed limit and endangering everyone on the road.We will never use enterprise again.

I made a reservation online a week before I needed a car. On the day I was to pick the car up I called to tell them I was running late. A little while later they call me back & tell me the car I was to get had body damage & it would be later that afternoon before I could get a car as long as it didn't need an oil change or tires. Needless to say, I never got a call back, not even the next day, so the vacation I was taking with my ***************** who has Alzheimer's, did not happen! They gave us a damaged vehicle they told us it's not damaged it's repaired but not fixed because you can still see the Cracks in the windshield we didn't feel safe then they wanted to give us a older car for 650+300 deposit for the week we don't think so they have poor customer service and poor quality of vehicles they offered us we had a family vacation planned for the week and now they have ruined it save your time stress and your money

I had reserved a vehicle from Thrifty, at *** Airport (*********, ********.)Utter chaos there, as they had no vehicles available for another 2-3 hours, and many people were going to miss important events, including myself.I ended up at the Enterprise counter where I was met by a smiling, friendly young man named **** who was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He even gave me a free upgrade just because he saw the bedlam I had come from. He was amazing!!I loved the entire experience with them, although they were a bit pricey. A... read more
