The cars and service is good but once they get your card information, you can expect to get random ghost charges from Enterprise. Corporate theft!
Not a serious business. I rented a car and they did not have a car available for me for a road trip. They called me as I was headed to the location to tell me the car I needed was not available. I made reservations via Expedia and their own corporate website. Deceptive practices. The attorney general should look into them for deceptive practices and price gouging.
I would like to start out by stating that I am appalled at the treatment I have experienced at this location. I worked for Enterprise for 10 years. Was a branch manager and boy has it changed. You book online a week in advance and are left chasing your tail and without a car. Needed a 7 passenger car for a special occasion. Called an hour prior to pickup to be told they have nothing. Not even a solution. Told them I'd be by 2 hours after my reservation but that was the latest I could come. Still no update from the branch and I even called other branches for that size vehicle. I have been a loyal customer with ********************** for over 5 years, and they have been mostly great with customer service. I have been using the ********* location for the last few years for my local rentals, and the team there has been great, especially the manager. They brought on an assistant branch manager (*****************) within the last year and he has the "worse" customer service skills ever for the position he is in. We had a great experience with renting a car from Enterprise at *******************************. The car was ready for me to take as soon as I walked into their car lot. I had a 7 passenger Chrysler van that I requested . It fit all of our luggage and all 7 passengers were comfortable . The return was easy and fast and we caught our flight back home with time to spare. Once again, Thank you
Worst rental experience EVER. I signed up for the their plus program so that I wouldn't have to wait in line and check in. Apparently ***************************** does not follow standard enterprise procedures. There were around ***** people standing around waiting for their car. ***************** location is the worst rental company in the world. Gave me a unroadworthy car!!! Wheel alignment was so bad outside of tires looked ok on walk around, inside of tires (I didnt realize til 100km away from rental) were so wore metal threads showing through!!! Took over 2 hours for a tow truck on beautiful summer day. Tow driver was shocked they let this car leave the lot. Deserve zero stars not one.
They ******* **** if you don't have a card with ur name on it they won't take it that's what's wrong with the world today it's electronic
