Always friendly and fast
Excellent experience with the team at Enterprise downtown Halifax. Syed and Faysal went out of their way to help us. They were professional, courteous and genuinely welcoming ensuring that we got a safe and reliable van for our trip on a snowy day. The other team members, Hisham, Jamie and Zachary were just as impressive. They went beyond to ensure we got the vehicle we wanted. It is clear customer service is a top priority for this Enterprise team. I would highly recommend rented from Enterprise downtown Halifax.

He explained everything so clearly, made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and was extremely accommodating and transparent from beginning to end.
